Podcamp Toronto is an in-person, full-weekend event and we’re open and welcome to visitors from anywhere around the world! Even if you’re a local, our venues may be new to you. Here we’ve put together some information and tips to help you optimize your PodCamp.
Ryerson University’s Rogers Communications Centre has been PodCamp Toronto’s host venue since its inception in 2007.
The communication and design programs that the Centre houses are an integral part of Ryerson University and an important component of Canada's burgeoning media sector. Just steps away from Yonge Street and the heart of Toronto, the Centre is located at the core of Canada's hub for electronic media and digital communications culture.
On February 20 & 21, it will be the centre for PodCamp Toronto’s dynamic discussion and engaging conversations about community and new media.

This rowdy, Jazz-soaked pub is host to an unofficial meet up of our podcasting community on the eve of PodCamp. It is also the former host of "Live PodCast Night" in Toronto.
Less than a block away from our main event venue, the Ram in the Rye is the traditional host of PodCamp's Saturday night extravaganza. By popular demand, we're back here again on the 20th to meet in a casual environment and revel in each others’ company.
Whether you’re from outside the city or just want to make your life a little easier (and/or beer soaked) over the weekend of PodCamp, you’re in luck! The cluster of PodCamp venues are right downtown, so there are plenty of places in the vicinity to stay. The subway is also super close, so if you pick somewhere a bit outside the downtown core, that shouldn’t be a problem either.
Driving? You can if you want. There are parking lots in the area that’ll run you anywhere from $5 to $20 for a day of parking. Check out Best Parking for rates.
Cycling? Really? The event’s in February, you know. You’re sure? Wow. You’re awesome. There are bike racks all around the Ryerson campus, including in front of the Rogers Communication Centre.
